ShapeShifter is an island at NGrid, on the OpenSim. As is already implicit in the name, the idea of the sim is that it should be rebuilt very often, so that it is not only an individual but an entire habitat that periodically shifts its shape. 

The sim was rezzed in 2011 and has been rebuilt 3 times since then. The owner and builder of the island is the avatar FeliX Ringtail who is my main persona on the OpenSim.
